This Sunday Menangle will host the $500,000 SEW Eurodrive Miracle Mile along with eight other races to offer a combined total of more than $1 million in prize money.
This year’s Miracle Mile line up is the finest since 1967 and USA star Lonestar Legend is ready to beat the home crowd with trainer Paul Fitzpatrick.
After debuting on Australian soil in the Bold David Free-For-All at Moonee Valley in May, the four year old could be the horse to get the time inside the 1:50 mark for the first time in the southern hemisphere.
Lonestar Legend will be joined by Robbie Holmes’ mare Kiwi Ingenuity and NZ Cup winner Monkey King along with Smoken Up, Karloo Mick and Blacks A Fake for one of the best line up runners this race will see for a long time coming.
